There are few Room mailboxes they always show "No Information" while scheduling a calendar request in outlook instead of free, busy, tentative status even though the meeting was scheduled during that time. kindly help with the troubleshooting steps. Hi, I understand you right that only a few mailboxes/calenders have got this problem? If so I think it is a misconfiguration of this special Mailbox. All the three options are set as mentioned in the KB as default. Yes, this is happening for few Room mailboxes. Even though the meetings are setup but outlook shows "No information" during the scheduled time and also for all the 2 months of its time frame. on the other side, all the features of these Room mailboxes like decline the meeting, conflicts the meetings...etc. are working fine. There is only issue with the Free busy information it shows "No information" all the days.

What happens If you connect to the few mailboxes with missing free/busy information with a different PC and Outlook? so I wnat to know if the missing Free/Busy information exists on ather PC in your network or only on a few PCs. Oh. So it doesn´t might be a local problem because every workstation is affected. But what about the configuration of your Roommailbox. Is there a pereson who approves the appointments? If so I want to know if there are synchronization errors on that machine. What about using the OWA. The appointments are missing too? Perhaps the Outlook logfile helps us. So please active the Outlook logging. Open the caalendar of your roommailbox and send us the logfile especially the last entries of the file.
